The two men were allegedly racing on the highway. Both were speeding when allegedly they lost control of the vehicles. Dallas Fire-Rescue treated those involved in the accident on the scene.
At this time, Rashee is cooperating with the Dallas police. Also, he made a statement saying,
“I take full responsibility for my part in this matter and will continue to cooperate with the necessary authorities,”
However, when the accident was first reported, Rashee was silent. His attorney, Texas Senator Royce West, said, ” Rashee is taking steps to address this situation responsibly.”
