Do Authorities Have The Right Suspect?
Takeoff”s Suspect Is Out On $1M Bond. Patrick Clark was released on Wednesday. And, some of his conditions for release were strict.
He must stay with on house arrest with a GPS monitor. According to People, Clark (33) was charged in connection to Takeoff’s shooting.
The incident happened outside a Houston Bowling Alley. Apparently, Kirsnick”Takeoff” Ball was watching a dice game in progress.
Suddenly, shot rang out after some sort of argument. This tragic incident sent shock waves throughout the hip-hop community.
Afterwards, many celebrities and fans sent their heartfelt condolences to Ball’s family. A month later, a suspect was arrested in the case.
That is when Clark was arrested for his alleged involvement. We found out that authorities allegedly had Clark’s fingerprints on a wine bottle.
Not to mention, there was video footage of the incident. Obviously, the video footage caused Clark’s arrest. Having said this,
Judge Josh Hill set the bail for $1 million. At one point, police thought Clark was a flight risk.
Especially since, when he was bought in he had a passport. Also, I read Clark had a lot of cash.
Perhaps, that was an indication Clark was on the run. Needless to say, Clark is out until his trial.
Attorney for Clark Letitia D. Quinones said in a statement, a concerned citizen and family friend posted the $1m bond.
She went on to say, “We believe Patrick is innocent and at the appropriate time, the evidence will reveal that to be the case.”
I am curious to see if Quavo and Offset will make any comments. After all, losing a member of the rap group was devastating.
