Gloria Woods, aka GloRilla, performed a concert in St. Louis on Monday, March 24, 2025. The crowd was in turmoil, and people fought.
Some concert-goers got into multiple altercations during GloRilla’s show. As a result, GloRilla started asking them to calm down. However, it was to no avail, as the situation got worse.
Although GloRilla tried to continue her performance, it was useless, as Complex stated.

Even GloRilla’s security staff could not stop fights from breaking out. Social media was buzzing with videos of the brawls. There was so much going on that GloRilla gave up trying to continue performing.
At some point, she ended the show, as stated by TMZ. In some of the videos, you can see an unidentified woman being violently ripped away from another concert-goer. It was shocking to see people behave in such a way.
We can’t help but wonder what started the considerable brawl. After all, weren’t people there to hear their favorite rapper perform?
Security Struggles to Maintain Order
As more people joined in the fighting, the situation became increasingly volatile. Security personnel rushed to the area to break up the brawls, but their efforts were met with resistance from the unruly crowd.
Despite their best efforts, security personnel struggled to maintain order amidst the chaos. With the brawls spreading to different parts of the venue, it became clear that the situation was spiraling out of control.
In a last-ditch effort to restore peace, the concert was cut short. One fan gave an interview to Fox2now, saying,
“It was actually like a WWE fight; it was really fun; we’re up there peeking over—I had front row in the balcony, and it’s like a sea of people.” Johnston added. “Then you see a little scramble for a second, and people would start running to it.”
As we mentioned earlier, GloRilla was actively trying to de-escalate the crowd by saying,
“(GloRilla) was very involved; she was saying, like, ‘Come on now, we gotta stop fighting,’ and they didn’t listen,” Johnston said. “Every time she had to interrupt, they’d turn the lights on, the song would stop, and they’d have to restart. They did it three times, which I thought was pretty disrespectful, but she never got through that last song.”
This evening was meant to be memorable for GloRilla’s fans, but that did not happen. So far, there have been no reported injuries; however, that remains to be seen.
Especially since the factory in Chesterfield, where the concert was held, gave no statements. But you can best believe someone could sue the venue. Having said this,
As the dust settles and investigations into the cause of the chaos begin, GloRilla may be sued.
