Lil’ Jon opens school In Ghana and he opts to dedicate to his late mother. In a day in age where a lot of hip hop artists stake their claim glorify drug use useless violence, there are many that deserve praise. The Legendary producer took his entertainment riches to philanthropic work, partnering up with the nonprofit Pencils of Promise to open a school in Cape Coast, Ghana. In honor of his late mother, Carrie M. Smith.
