The Florida native, whose real name is Bill K. Kapri, had been facing charges related to cocaine possession. The rapper had been arrested on December 7, 2023. According to XXL Mag, Kodak was approached while in a parked car. Police allegedly discovered him trying to conceal a white substance.

He was taken into police custody for possible violation of his probation. Later, tests proved that the white substance was Oycodone and not Cocaine. Reports by TMZ showed court documents saying the case was dismissed.

This came after a judge tossed out drug possession charges in February 2024. It turns out that Kodak had his own prescribed Oxycodone in his possession. His attorney, Bradford Cohen, shared,
