Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Hit with New Lawsuit By Former Child Actor

Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh legal trouble. A new civil lawsuit filed in California accuses him of sexually assaulting an underage male actor. This allegedly happened nearly two decades ago.

The lawsuit adds to a mountain of legal scrutiny surrounding the music executive. He is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence at Fort Dix Federal Prison in New Jersey. These charges include prostitution-related charges stemming from his highly publicized federal trial.

Details of the 2007 Hollywood Hills Incident

According to court documents, the plaintiff filed the lawsuit anonymously as John Doe. According to TMZ, he was a working child actor under the age of 18 at the time of the alleged incident in May 2007.

The accuser claims he was invited to a party in the Hollywood Hills. John Doe was led to believe that it was a professional networking event to help advance his acting career. It was there that he met Combs. And, the man alleges he was invited into a private room to discuss future career opportunities and a project Combs was reportedly producing.

Once isolated in the private room, the lawsuit alleges that:

• The minor was offered a beverage and shortly after began to “feel the effects” of it.

• Combs allegedly began touching him inappropriately and forced a sexual act.

• The plaintiff explicitly communicated that the situation made him uncomfortable, but the alleged assault continued regardless.

• Following the encounter, Combs reportedly told the victim he would “keep him in mind” for future jobs before leaving him alone in the room.

The complaint describes Combs’ conduct as “outrageous” and “intended to terrorize,” stating that the encounter caused the victim severe, long-lasting emotional distress.

Industry Agents Named as Co-Defendants

In addition to targeting Combs, the lawsuit names the actor’s former talent agents as defendants. The suit argues that these agents had a legal duty to protect the minor from harm. The complaint alleges they failed to provide proper supervision, did not arrange for a chaperone or guardian, and allowed the underage plaintiff to be left entirely alone with an adult industry figure.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.

Diddy’s Team Responds

Combs’ representative, Juda Engelmayer, strongly denied the accusations in a statement, dismissing them as a baseless financial maneuver.

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous,” Engelmayer stated. “He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

Combs is currently appealing his criminal conviction and is expected to remain in federal prison until 2028. This new filing joins dozens of active civil claims brought against him by both male and female plaintiffs since his initial arrest in 2024.
