Drake Faces Deposition In XXXtenacion Trial. It appears to be a part of the murder trial. Even though, he may not be involved.
Is It Possible Drake Was Involved In XXXtenacion’s Death?
Drake Faces Deposition In XXXtenacion Trial. Offense attorney Dedrick Williams claims Drake may be responsible for Onfroy’s death. But that does not mean Drake is involved, as reported by Yard Hype.
Nevertheless, Williams is pushing for a deposition from Drake. Perhaps, Williams is basing it all on Drake’s and Onfroy’s feud. Not to mention, Jahseh Onfroy allegedly accused Drake of wanting him dead.
Therefore, he posted his suspicions on social media. Shortly after, Onfroy took the post down, as reported by Media-takeout. However, attorney Williams will not let it go. It is a little concerning to me.
Especially since they already have four suspects in police custody. Having said this, will Drake show up for the deposition? Or will his lawyers find a way to stop him?
Equally important, does Williams have evidence to support these allegations? If so, what does this really mean? Will this change anything in the upcoming trial? Not only that, but if Drake is implicated, what does it really mean?
And, how would he be charged in the murder of Onfroy? This can be a huge problem for Drake. Surely, Drake does not want his career tarnished. Certainly, something of this magnitude can do considerable damage.
In an earlier post, we shared how Onfroy was killed. One of the suspects in his case took a plea deal.
While the three other suspects are waiting for trial. A few days ago, we learned that jury selection has begun.
Now, there is more on Drake’s alleged involvement in Onfroy’s death. Therefore, this could change things. Otherwise, why is attorney Williams pressing the issue concerning Drake?
With this in mind, hopefully, we will know more soon. At any rate, I will keep you all posted.
Suspects In XXXtenacion’s Trial Face Murder Charges
Just three of Onfroy’s suspects are going to trial. Michael Boatwright, Dedrick Williams, and Trayvon Newsome will are awaiting trial. This week the juror selection has begun. Their fate will be decided in a court of law.
In the event that, they will spend life in prison. Important to realize, the fourth suspect Robert Allen took a plea. So, already knows his fate. At first, the case appeared to be open and shut. Surprisingly, other information is coming out.
