Court Clerk Asked Meek Mill To Pay Her Son’s Tuition During HEARING?!?!

A Philadelphia court clerk apparently took shooting your shot to the next level at Meek Mill’s sentencing hearing back in November and slipped the rapper a note requesting money for her child’s college tuition. The woman, Wanda Chavarria, claims she did so without anyone’s knowledge, reports TMZ.
