According to court documents from Harris County, the incident occurred after a security guard denied a woman entry to use the restroom following the club’s closing.

  • The Escalation: After the woman was escorted out and dropped her personal belongings, the guard bent down to retrieve them.

  • The Alleged Assault: While bent over, the guard was struck from behind with a heavy glass hookah base. The security guard reported turning around to see Boosie holding the shattered object.

  • Injuries: The victim suffered severe head trauma that required eight staples at a local hospital.
