A Fan is Suing Nicki Minaj For Slander. The lawsuit alleges that Nicki has allegedly humiliated Tameer Peak in public. The legal battle between Nicki and Tameer is heating up. At this point, her attorney, Judd Burstein, is claiming it is Nicki who Tameer is harassing.

According to TMZ, Tameer is making these false allegations against Nicki, saying she allegedly turned on him after Tameer claimed he helped promote Nicki’s “Pink Friday 2” album.
Having said this, Tameer claims he was a staunched Nicki fan for 15 years. He then claims Nicki went through a “Nicki hate train” phase, as stated by The Source.
Also, he alleges Nicki began to believe he was a paid mole sent to sabotage her. Furthermore, Tameer claims Nicki publicly insulted him by name-calling.
However, attorney Judd Burstein claims Tameer has tried to shake Nicki down for years.
Tameer is resorting to more direct tactics for financial gain, allegedly. Either way, this is not a good look for Nicki.
Especially since there have been rumors of Nicki’s mean streak.
Allegations Of Slander Could Prove Lucrative For Tameer Peak
It could be lucrative if Tameer can prove that Nicki has slandered his name. It is not often that a celebrity loses this sort of case. Mainly because rich people have excellent attorney reputations.
These allegations can take years to play out in court. So, unless Tameer has money for a great attorney, he could be in for a big fight. Otherwise, Nicki’s attorneys will eat him alive.
Then again, if Tameer has witnesses to corroborate his claims, he could win. Another thing to consider is that there could be other fans with similar experiences as Tameer.
Sometimes, celebrities think their behavior is associated with stardom. But everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. In this case, we don’t know if Nicki is guilty of anything.
