Did Game Compare 2Pac With NBA Youngboy?

Did Game Compare 2Pac With NBA Youngboy? Jayceon Taylor has no issue voicing his opinion. Especially, when it comes to rappers.

Is NBA Youngboy A Modern-Day Tupac?

Did Game Compare 2Pac With NBA Youngboy? It may be hard to believe anyone can be compared to Tupac. However, The Game begs to differ.

According to Vibe, The Game sees Kentrell Gaulden as today’s 2Pac. And, this may shock some people. Can there be any comparison with Tupac Shakur? If so, does NBA Younboy measure up?

Aren’t there any other young rappers who fit the bill? Or does The Game have a legitimate point?  During an interview with Montreality, The Game shared his thoughts. When you hear his analogy, you may agree.

It is not that he is saying NBA is like 2Pac. I believe he meant NBA’s impact on today’s rap culture is similar. In other words, 2Pac’s rap influenced his generation. And, NBA is doing the same.

Having said this, we can understand how each rapper has impacted rap culture. Check out The Game’s analogy,

“Sometimes when you see an 18-year-old kid say, ‘NBA YoungBoy is better than 2Pac,’ it’s not because he actually is or 2Pac is better than NBA YoungBoy. It’s just the Michael Jordan/Kobe Bryant/Lebron James thing. It’s different eras of greatness.”

Also, Bun B agrees with The Game’s analogy. Is it possible, that both The Game and Bun B are looking at stats? For one thing, NBA has charted four times on Billboard 200. NBA Youngboy’s album made history.

He was the third rapper to have an album debut at N0.1. All this happened while he was incarcerated. 2Pac and Lil Wayne who both have done it. What do you all think?

Does NBA deserve the title of modern-day 2Pac?
