Does Nas Have A Ghost Writer? There has been some speculation about ghost writers. Do all rapper write their own lyrics?
And, if not, who does? According to Complex, Miller may have written for Nas. However, Miller explains what actually happened.
Miller was given credit for writing on Nas’ “King’s Disease II song.” The song”The Pressure” was the one he was given credit for writing.
But Miller admits it was Hit-Boy who introduced him. Having said this, Miller mentions he only threw out some ideas.
Afterwards, Nas took note. But Miller claims he is not a ghost writer. It was very just the one time he worked with Nas.
It appears people are making more of the situation. This could be due to the stigma surrounding ghost writing.
In other words, rappers using ghost writer’s are a issue. Especially since, writing your own lyrics are what give you credibility.
Also, ghost writers allegedly take away from the artist creativity. In terms of using your own words and experiences.
Clearly, there are opposing sides. While some think ghost writers are necessary. Others think ghost writers are the real stars.
No matter what side you are on, Nas creativity can’t be denied. What do you all think? Should it matter if Nas has a ghost writer or not?
