On September 8, 2025, police responded to a foul odor at a Hollywood tow yard and found a decomposed body in the front storage area of a Tesla. An investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department began to uncover information about the car’s owner and discovered that it was registered to singer D4vd.

At first, it was reported that the body was too decomposed to identify. According to NBC News, it had been determined that the body is that of a young teen girl, 15 years old.
In addition, the young girl’s name is said to be that of Celeste Rivas. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office has not yet determined the cause of death.
Even more shocking, singer D4vd allegedly has the same tattoo as the teen girl. For some, that puts the spotlight on D4vd; however, he is not a suspect at this time.
David Burke, aka D4vd, is cooperating with the police so far. So far, what has been reported suggests the Tesla was registered to D4vd.
And, Celeste was reported missing last year, as stated by ABC News. Celeste was a resident of Lake Elsinore in Riverside County.

As we mentioned earlier, Celeste’s decomposed body was found in the trunk of the Tesla. Leading the investigation into Celeste’s murder is LA’s Robbery-Homicide Division.
There are photos posted on social media of Celeste.. Because of the meticulous examination of the coroner, Celeste’s family can get closure.
Truthfully speaking, there is no way to really come to grips with such a tragic end. Thankfully, the police were finally able to identify Celeste Rivas.
It appears that Celeste has been dead for some time, which would explain the decomposition of her remains. At this time, none of Celeste’s family members has made any public statements.
D4vd is currently on tour across the United States. Indeed, this gruesome finding in a car registered to D4vd changes things for him.
