The Arkansas rapper was arrested back in November 2022. At the time, Freddie was arrested along with his father, Freddie Gladney Jr.
According to Billboard, father and son were allegedly part of a significant federal drug and gun bust. In addition, 45 other people were also arrested.
According to the indictment, claims they conspired to distribute drugs across the state. This illegal activity spanned from March 2021 through October 2022.
Also, charges include possession of firearms and methamphetamine. Prosecutors claim Freddie and co-conspirators trafficked guns and drugs across state lines.
Three investigations were conducted, one in Little Rock, California, and one in Houston.
Bankroll Freddie Faces Severe Drugs And Guns Charges
Bankroll Freddie was convicted on charges related to drugs and guns, two serious offenses that carry hefty legal consequences.
It was reported by THV 11 News Freddie was found guilty of:
- Marijuana possession and distribution.
- Possession and distribution of a controlled substance
- firearm possession in furtherance of drug trafficking
- using “a communications facility” for drug trafficking crimes
U.S. District Court in Eastern District Arkansas filed the ruling earlier this month. Complex reports and other charges against the Arkansas native have been dropped.
At this time, Freddie is awaiting a sentencing date. Sadly, Freddie’s will probably spend many years behind bars. For the rapper whose career was once in bloom, that has ended.
Furthermore, his father will no doubt face jail time as well.
