Azealia Banks Storms Off Stage. While Banks was performing at Wynwood Pride. After throwing her mic down, she abruptly exited the stage.
This is not the first time Banks did something like this.
In January 2019, Banks went on an Instagram rant. She was on a flight coming back from London. Somehow she allegedly got into an argument with the flight crew.
Long story short, Banks hurled allegedly homophobic insults. Banks alleged that the flight crew treated her badly.
However, a flight attendant mentioned to the captain, that Banks was the aggressor. Ultimately, Banks says she got off the plane, as reported by People.
Now, it appears Banks has disappointed her fans. During a Miami performance for the LGBTQ+ community, she stopped. It was a very controversial move for Banks.
Not only did she drop the mic. She put up both of her middle fingers. Can you imagine that? People in the audience loudly booed her.
But it did not stop her from allegedly cursing out the promoter of the venue. In her own words, Banks shared this,
“For the last good, like, month and a half, I’ve just been being f—ed with. I’ve been being f—ed around with, you know? Set time’s been move and like, ‘Oh, you’re headlining. No, you’re not headlining. Now you’re not this.’ I’m really not happy to be here,”
Having said this, Banks could have handled the situation better. In my opinion, she only made matters worst. There is already a strained relationship with the LGBTQ+ community
Now, she may not be invited back to perform. Truthfully, it was unprofessional of her to leave the stage. Especially, concert-goers paid to see her perform.
Why would she take her frustration out on them? Be that as it may, Banks blamed everything on promoters. So far, the promoters of the Wynwood Pride have made no comment.
Do you think Banks has personal issues? Could it be she has some sort of mental problem? At any rate, this does not look good for her.
