Nevertheless, the Warriors still have a chance to win the playoffs. Especially, if Green has anything to do with it. But that is not why I am writing this article.
It has been a known fact, that Green wants to be a billionaire. In fact, he shared this back in 2015. He has predicted being a billionaire by the time he is 40.
Guess what, His prediction might come to pass. The 32-year-old is making over $100 million in his contract with Golden State. In addition, he has over $50 million in endorsements.
Now, I’d say he is almost at his goal. Wouldn’t you agree? Be that as it may, Green has invested in SmileDirectClub, as reported by AfroTech. SmileDirect is worth at least $150 million.
In his own words, Green shared this,
“In this instance, it was a product I loved and used firsthand, so when an opportunity came to invest, it was a no-brainer for me because I knew it would be successful because I had success using it,” Green said, according to the outlet. “We’re all looking for that investment of 20x, 30x and it’s so rare to do. Up until that point in my life, Smile Direct Club was the biggest investment I ever made and really the first or second investment I made. For that to be so successful is like a dream come true.”
We have seen the SmileDirect commercials. They have a very catchy phrase. Not to mention, their dental work has been quite impressive. Clearly, Green made the correct choice to invest.
Also, Green has invested in Blink Fitness. His endeavor was to bring fitness to underserved communities. This has paid off, as well. There are over 20 fitness gyms, to date.
Another savvy investment Green made was partnering with NBA great LeBron James. Both men have made a fortune with Lobos 1707.
Not to mention, his other partnership with James (UNINTERRUPTED). Therefore, Green might just make his dream come true. Of course, being a billionaire comes with a hefty price for some.
