At one point, Tekashi 69 was in prison for allegedly snitching on his crew, The Nine Trey Gangstas. This alleged gang was headed by Tekashi’s former manager, Kiffano Jordan.
While the members of the Tr3way were all convicted and given lengthy sentences, Tekashi did not. Many in the hip-hop community allegedly labeled Tekashi as a ‘rat.’

Rapper Arrested For Probation Breach
It appears that Tekashi has violated his probation conditions, which were set after his RICO case. As we mentioned, Tekashi was sentenced in a high-profile 2019 racketeering case.
He was sentenced to two years in federal prison after cooperating with the FEDS. This time, Tekashi is being charged with three technical violations on his supervised release.
His attorney, Lance Lazzarro, spoke with Newsweek, saying Tekashi’s case will be dismissed. However, Judge Paul A. Englemayer may have a different opinion.
According to the New York Post, the Manhattan federal judge allegedly spoke harshly to the rapper for having a “full spectrum disregard for the law” and violating the terms of his supervised release.
His current arrest for violating his probation can prove problematic for the 28-year-old rapper. To top things off, Tekashi came to court on Tuesday an hour late.
So, we can see why the judge Englemayer was livid. From assault charges to drug trafficking allegations, 6ix9ine’s legal woes have continued to mount.
Despite his success in the music industry, the controversial star seems not to shake off the legal troubles.
Just when we thought Tekashi 69 was turning over a new leaf. Things could not be worse for Tekashi. Once again, Tekashi’s future is uncertain.
