Amidst the ongoing controversy surrounding ‘Empire,’ 50 Cent has decided to stand alongside, Terrence Howard.
Howard is battling (the Creative Arts Agency (CAA), claiming he was underpaid for his Luscious Lion character.
Rapper and TV producer Curtis’50 Cent’Jackson is offering to hire Howard.
In addition, Jackson claims he will pay Howard a fair salary, as stated by All Hip Hop.
It is not the first time Jackson has stepped in to employ a famous actor.
Jackson hired famous comedian/actor Monique to play one of his characters in his hit show.
As we all know, Jackson has successfully introduced us all to the ‘Power’ Series.
He has been so successful that ‘Power’ has three other spin-offs doing well.
So, it makes perfect sense for Jackson to offer the same opportunity to Howard.
Especially since Howard’s co-star in ‘Empire’ Taraji P. Henson, claims she is not paid her worth.
This is a huge problem with Black actors, whose work is exceptional.
And, Black actors should be paid equally to their Caucasian actors.
However, this fight for equality is far from over; Howard is waging war.
Therefore, Howard’s salary dispute lawsuit should be a good start.
That is so that Black actors can be paid fairly.
