Megan Thee Stallion Seeks Restraining Order Against Tory Lanez. The rising star in the rap world has recently filed for a restraining order against fellow rapper Tory Lanez. The two artists have been embroiled in a legal battle since an incident in July 2020, when Megan accused Lanez of shooting her in the foot. Tory is currently serving a ten-year sentence for the shooting. However, Megan has asked a judge for a restraining order against Tory.

According to TMZ, Megan’s legal team is claiming Tory is waging psychological warfare—documents obtained from a blogger who has allegedly been bashing Megan.
Tory’s father allegedly paid Elizabeth Milagro Cooper for at least $3000. The payments were reportedly given to Megan, who was harassed for at least 10 months.
In her petition for a restraining order, Megan claims Tory employs an army of bloggers who are allegedly spreading defamatory statements about her.
NBC News reports that Megan allegedly sued blogger Elizabeth Cooper just a few months ago. In addition, Megan claims, there are prison phone call logs that prove some conspiracy.
In other word’s, Megan is claiming although Tory is behind bars he is still harassing her.
Tory Lanez Is being Accused Of Harassing Megan
Megan Pete’s legal team is claiming she is traumatized by Tory. Daystar Peterson, better known as Tory Lanez, was convicted and sentenced. He is currently in a California Correctional facility.
It would seem Tory could not be involved in harassing Megan. However, Megan requested a restraining order from a Los Angeles Superior Court.
She is allegedly tying Elizabeth Cooper to Tory, suggesting the threats are coming from her. In a separate lawsuit against Elizabeth, Megan claimed the blogger had belittled, insulted, and spread false statements about her.
Despite Megan’s effort to put the shooting behind her, it seems to follow her. So far, there is no evidence Tory is directly involved in the lawsuit.
The speculation is that Tory and his father, Sonstar Peterson, are the masterminds. At this time, we are unsure if Megan will successfully get the restraining order.
One thing is sure: Tory’s troubles seem far from over.
