NFL Hall Of Famer, Great Ray Lewis’s Son, Had Died.
Lewis’s son was a former football player at the University of Miami.
Sadly, Lewis was just 28 years old. At this time, we don’t have a lot of details.
However, it saddens us to bring this devastating news.
His brother, Rahsaan Lewis, posted the sad news on his Instagram.
According to BET,
“Really can’t believe I’m even typing this but RIP big brother. A true angel I pray your at peace now because [I know] how much you was [really] hurtin I don’t and won’t ever have the words man cuz this pain right here,” his post read. “I love you I love you I love you your niece gone miss you but she will hear about u over and over just watch over us all big bruh be our guardian I promise I’ll make you smile and proud.”
If you look closely at his words, there is an indication something was going on with RL.
But we can only speculate at this time what happened.
Not to sound redundant, but RL III has lost his life.
It appears RL was following in the footsteps of his legendary father.
Ray Lewis Sr. was one of the NFL’s greatest players, winning NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2000.
Also, Lewish Sr. won Superbowl titles in 2000 and 2012.
As stated by ESPN, Lewis Sr. played for the Baltimore Ravens from 1996-2012.
His son, RL III, was also a star football player at Miami.
Virginia Union’s associate coach said,
“Great young man and a better teammate,” Virginia Union associate head coach Diego Ryland told TMZ Sports. “The entire Virginia Union University community is praying for the family as they deal with the loss of Ray.”
In his high school, Lake Mary Prep High, LW III, had a rushing score of 5,283 yards and 53 touchdowns.
Upon entering the University of Miami, RL III was doing well.
However, RL III transferred to Coastal Carolina.
Later, RL III signed a contract with the Wyoming Mustangs, a professional indoor football team.
All sorts of condolences are coming in for Ray Lewis Sr.
