Dr. Dre slams Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.
The politician uses a song in a video promoting her political prowess without permission, according to Dre.
This happened after Rep. Kevin McCarthy won the speakership of the House on the record 15th ballot vote.
MTG helped to make that happen.
Posting a clip to her social media feeds of herself in the halls of Congress after the final vote, Dr. Dre’s ‘Still D.R.E.” is heard in the background.

Many are shocked that she even knows the song, let alone think it is O.K. and has the audacity to play it in her post.
In a statement by Dre, he says –
“I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and hateful as this one.”
Though it’s crystal clear how he feels about the incident, it is not known whether he intends to do anything about it.
This is not the first time lawmakers (and others) have been called out for the unauthorized use of popular songs.
