Comedian Bill Cosby Being Sued. It appears that Cosby’s trouble is not over. In fact, another accuser wants his money. Judy Huth was just 15 – years – old when the alleged incident occurred.
According to BET, the lawsuit suggests Huth, 64, was at the Playboy Mansion. Allegedly, Cosby groped her. Although Cosby denies these allegations, Huth has filed a civil lawsuit.
Unfortunately, for Cosby, his attorney Jennifer Bonjean could not stop the lawsuit. Judge Craig Karian would not dismiss the case. Therefore, Huth’s case will be heard by the court.
Of course, Huth has changed her story. She is now saying the incident happened in 1975, not 1974. So, she may have difficulty proving her allegations. Defense attorney Bonjean said,
” Plaintiff has a whole new story” she claims that the incident happened in February and/or March 1975 – shortly before her 17th birthday”
However, Huth first said she was 15. Also, Bonjean tried to get the trial delayed. But judge Karian declined. Gloria Allred, Huth’s attorney has declined to make any comments, so far.
Therefore, the case will be heard next Monday. After all, Huth has been waiting for her case to be heard. Especially since there were dozens of women accusing Cosby of sex assault.
It is not looking good for Cosby. He has already served some time in prison. And, he was released not so long ago. Nevertheless, Cosby may have to pay Huth. That is if she can prove her case against him.
