Beyonce’s Large Contribution Saves A Black Owned Restaurant
Beyonce Donates Nearly $9K To Nigerian Restaurant.
This popular Nigerian restaurant, “Chuku’s,” was close to closing if they did not get financial support.
Ifeyinwa and Emeka Fredrick have owned the restaurant for three years.
A lot of small businesses struggled to survive during the Pandemic.
And Fredrick’s restaurant had difficulty keeping customers because they were shut down.
However, because of the generosity of Beyonce’s foundation BeyGOOD, they have a fighting chance.
According to AfroTech, The Fredricks have received USD 8,793.20 in funds from BeyGOOD.
This money will keep their restaurant open and operating for the considerable future.

It was an unexpected blessing and provided a great deal of relief for the young entrepreneurs.
Chuku’s serves Nigerian cuisine and is a huge foodie spot.
One of the most exciting things about Chuku’s was the six-week challenge.
Fredrick’s goal was to see how many customers could be served.
And they met the goal by securing 600 reservations within the six-weeks.
It is not the first time iconic singer Beyonce has donated generously.
She and her husband, Shawn”Jay-Z” Carter, have back to the community.
Therefore, it is no surprise Beyonce would help this struggling restaurant.
Their restaurant sits on the Black Parade Route in London, England.
That district is close to the venue where Beyonce’s Renaissance World Tour show was held.
A lot of concertgoers ended up at Chuku’s before the concert.
Perhaps, that is what caught Beyonce’s attention.
Good thing it did because now The Fredricks have a reserve to keep things going.
