Tekashi 69 Security Crew Indicted: Did Tekashi Snitch On Them?!?!

Tekashi 69 Security Crew Indicted: Did Tekashi Snitch On Them

The New York rapper’s security team is in big trouble. The five men allegedly chased a man down and assaulted him. In details by The Daily Beast, Tekashi and his security team were outside when a 34-year-old man and his girlfriend spotted him. The man attempted to record Tekashi. Apparently, the group of security yelled at the man when they saw him recording Tekashi.

Another Tekashi crew bites the dust.

In a press release from Manhattan D.A. Cyrus R. Vance Jr., the statement said,  five of Tekashi’s security team  Sammy Sprouse from Murfreesboro, Tenn., Christian and Egardo Cortez of Bridgeport, Conn., Kristian Fuhse of Pompano Beach, Fla., and Daniel Laperuta, a former New York Police Department detective of Central Valley, N.Y., were all indicted. The report stated that Tekashi’s crew jumped in an SUV and chased the 34- year old unknown young man.

When they caught up with the man one of Tekashi’s crew, in particular, retired police officer Daniel Laperuta boxed the victim’s car in to prevent him from leaving. One man opened the victim’s car door, took off his seatbelt while another man took the victim’s cell phone and crushed it on the ground. Also, when the victim tried to flag down a police officer, Daniel flashed his NYPD service member card. Daniel told the unknown officer that the victim had threatened them with a firearm. After the incident, the group of men fled the scene.

However, Daniel showed up at the police station to report the false claim against the victim. The officer on duty was a little skeptical about Daniel’s claims. Daniel withdrew the complaint. The five men are facing a slew of charges (Robbery in the First Degree, Robbery in the Second Degree, and Criminal Impersonation in the First Degree). But Daniel is facing the more serious charge of falsely reporting an incident. Thankfully, the young victim was not injured during the incident. Although, Tekashi was not part of the incident it does make you wonder if it was a setup.

Especially, since Tekashi, was instrumental in taking down his former crew “Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.” Tekashi made headline news. Tekashi was arrested on racketeering charges and sentenced to 24 months in prison. Instead of serving his full term Tekashi entered into a plea agreement with the authorities. Allegedly, Tekashi snitched on the former manager, Kifano Jordan aka Shotti, Faheen Walter aka Crippy, Jamel Jones aka Mel Murda, Jensel Butler aka Ish, and Fuguan Lovick aka Fu Banga who were all indicted and sentenced.

Considering his testimony, Tekashi only served some of his sentences. He was sent home on house arrest and five years’ probation. It was allegedly, Tekashi was given less time because he testified against his former crew. So, it is not far-fetched to think Tekashi allegedly set his security team-up.
