The R&B singer may be in big trouble. The New Jersey native was taken into police custody. Allegedly, Jaheim Hoagland has been charged with animal cruelty.
Jaheim Charged With Third-Degree Animal Cruelty
There were at least 15 dogs found on Jaheim’s property in Hillsborough, NJ. The living conditions of the dogs were deplorable. One of the dogs was euthanized. At least six dogs were in water-filled crates with dog feces in his driveway. Another nine dogs were allegedly found with no access to water or food, as reported by the Source. The rest of the dogs were in “varying stages of emaciation.”The dogs were taken to Long Hill Kennel. In addition, Jaheim was charged with failure to provide necessary care to the dogs.
We first became aware of Jaheim’s talent with his Album “Ghetto Love” in 2002. Ghetto Love debuted at number 200 on the Billboard 200. Some of Jaheim’s hit songs include “Finding My Way Back” & “Just In Case.” In recent years, we have not heard much from Jaheim. Over the years, Jaheim has changed his hip-hop look to a more conservative one. But there has been no music from him. In fact, it appeared Jaheim just slipped into oblivion.
The singer faced ridicule for supporting Trump. Then we heard rumors Jaheim was a Uber driver. Also, fans speculate that Jaheim may be on drugs. Although, there is no proof. However, we can’t help but wonder why Jaheim would allegedly be cruel to animals. With that said, the story is still developing. We will give you updates as they arise.
