What started out as a social media joke, became an epic reality. The best-selling female rapper of all time, from Superbase to Megatron, the mother the mogul, the GOAT herself Mrs. Onika Tanya Maraj -Petty will be hosting the Reunion special of The Real Housewives of Potomac. In a serendipitous turn of events, Barbz who are also fans of Bravo’s housewife franchises were granted a special treat: to see the Queen album rapper on Andy Cohen’s throne.

Andy Cohen wrote in communication with Minaj’s publicist that he would gladly give up his seat to have her in his place in October when the reunion takes place. Minaj posted screenshots of text messages between herself and her publicist to social media confirming the news. The “Real Housewives” is a Bravo franchise that continues to expand across America. This edition in Potomac, Md., features a predominantly African American community of gated mansions and lush greenery just up the Potomac River from Washington, D.C. The franchise is famed for following the life and times of several well-to-do women and their families. The friendship, fighting, and fall-outs keep daytime watchers in perfect attendance. Minaj has requested that any Barb caught lacking in episodes binge watch the season, duly noted and celebrated by Bravo. On the Queen’s command, the show’s Youtube views are expected to double or even triple.

News of the host of Queen Radio hosting this reunion was met with all due and appropriate fanfare. Every RHOP housewife from Karen Huger to Candiace Dillard received the news with excitement and anticipation. RHOP franchise fans have also received the decision well and are flooding the rapper’s Instagram and Twitter with questions they want her to ask the ladies of RHOP. While Minaj is still in discussions with the Bravo Network working out the details, she is still set to be the host of the upcoming reunion.
