Maxo Kream Delivers New Music After A 2 Year Hiatus

Maxo Kream (real name Emekwanem Ogugua Biosah Jr.) is about to drop new music.

It’s been 2 years since he came out with his 2019 album, Brandon Banks.

That project featured the likes of Travis Scott, A$AP Rocky, Schoolboy Q, and Megan Thee Stallion.

Announcing via his social media page, he posted –

“It’s been a lil minute but its time some real sh*t again,”

Referring to his Monday release date (and not the usual Friday) Maxo explains via Twitter that the date is significant.

It marks the anniversary of the death of the Houston Texas rapper’s cousins death, Woodrow Kream.

And, it happens to be his niece’s birthday.

Additionally, the rapper from Houston Texas shared that the album’s inspiration comes from another tragedy in his life.

The death of his younger brother, Money Madu, who died on March 11, 2020, after being shot in L.A.

Adding the album trailer to his post, he stated –

I lost so much that I can never get bacc but I’m still here ten toes down.”

His latest effort will include Tyler The Creator with the single “Big Persona”.
