Manny Pacquiao made it clear that he is down for a rematch with Floyd “Money” Mayweather! Will we ever get to see a rematch between these two?
Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather: Will we see a rematch?
Manny Pacquiao is calling out Floyd Mayweather. Never mind that Floyd is now retired. But, retiring in boxing doesn’t mean it’s over. Though Mayweather did just that, it’s evident that he has not simply walked away from the sport he devoted his entire life to. Floyd actually retired a total of 4 times already. But, we have recently seen him duke it out with Logan Paul.
Mayweather’s last professional fight was against UFC star Conor McGregor. But fans would love to see a rematch between him and the 42-year-old Filipino legend, Manny Pacquiao.
Pacquiao Has No Desire To Fight Jake Paul
With his focus on bolstering his legacy, Pacquiao states he has no desire to fight Jake Paul, the YouTube star. That doesn’t help his legacy.
While training at Wild Card Boxing in L.A., TMZ Sports caught up with Pac and asked him if he had any interest in fighting Jake. This is how he responded –
“No, I will not. I will not. I want to fight the best to add on to my legacy. I’m not underestimating Paul, but he’s, he doesn’t have a lot of experience of boxing. So, in that point, he’s already, disadvantage for him to fight in boxing.”
