Kodak Black has failed a drug test. And by doing so, he’s violated the terms laid out in his supervised release.
Kodak Black In 90-Day Drug Treatment Program
Rapper Kodak Black was arrested on gun charges back in late 2019 and was sentenced to 46 months in jail.
Though he was incarcerated, his 3rd studio album, “Bill Israel” was dropped in 2020.
Amazingly, his sentence was commuted by Trump in January.
Though this was undoubtedly great news for him, Kodak still faced charges of criminal sexual assault in South Carolina.
In April of this year, the rapper pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-degree assault and battery.
This bought him an 18-month sentence of probation.
As part of a supervised release agreement, of course, he was not allowed to do drugs.
Well, things did not go as smoothly as they should have.
Since the “No Flockin’ ” singer violated that agreement when he turned up a positive drug test.
Now Kodak Black is due at a hearing next week concerning the matter.
Court records reflect the judge ordered KB to complete a 90-day program in drug rehab.
According to TMZ, the rapper has already started treatment.
