In the latest development of this saga, Megan Thee Stallion has taken legal action against Tory Lanez. According to Yahoo, a hearing involving Tory Lanez was held.
During the deposition, Tory allegedly pretended not to understand the questions. Daystar Peterson, aka Tory Lanez, is currently serving a 10-year sentence for the shooting of Megan.
All of this came about after Megan accused Tory of waging psychological war against her via social media. Here is when Milagro Cooper enters the picture.
Milagro is a blogger on social media who appears to be harassing Megan. According to NBC News, Milagro is creating content that allegedly belittles and insults Megan.
In addition, Megan claims, Milagro is making false statements about her. Additionally, Megan argues that Milagro is a “mouthpiece” and “puppet” for Tory.
In other words, Tory is using Milagro’s commentary to harass Megan. In a lawsuit filed in the Southern District of Florida, Megan’s attorneys accuse Milagro Cooper of defamation.
Alleges Tory Lanez Sabotaged Deposition
Megan is accusing Tory of trying to sabotage her case against Milagro Cooper. Some of the allegations made by Milagro Cooper are that she shared misinformation about the trial.
As we all know, Tory’s trial was met with a lot of information claiming Megan was lying. It appears that Milagro was allegedly instrumental in maintaining that narrative.
For this reason, Megan is holding Milagro accountable for her actions. All of this led up to defamation hearings. During Tory’s deposition, Megan’s attorney claimed that Tory tried to deflect.
Instead of answering the questions, Tory allegedly made negative comments. Some of Tory’s comments included him making remarks about Megan’s attorney’s hair dye.
