Shooting At Dababy’s House Leaves Trespasser Injured!!!
Dababy had a shooting at his North Carolina mansion. And the incident left one person shot and transported to the hospital.
Dababy Has Drama At His North Carolina Home With Shooting Of Intruder
An alleged home intruder at the home of rapper Johnathan Lindell Kirk (AKA Dababy) was left needing medical attention.
Dababy is again the subject of drama at his North Carolina home.
Alerts to local authorities to his house came in around 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
Initially, it was reported as a shooting and is allegedly the result of a trespasser to the house.
Upon arriving at the $2.3 million home of the rapper, one person was found shot and was transported to a medical facility.
However, his injuries are non-life-threatening.
At this time, it is not known who did the shooting, nor has the person that was shot been named.
According to the Troutman Police Department, the shooting was ‘an isolated incident’.
Here’s what the press release reveals –
“Officers arrived on the scene where they found one subject suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The subject was transported by Iredell County EMS to a medical facility for treatment. Due to the ongoing nature of this investigation, no information as to the names of those involved or the circumstances can be released at this time. This is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the community at large.”
Local News Outlets Shed More Details On The Incident
Even though the TPD didn’t name any names, other outlets gave more information on the matter.
Local news platform Iredell Firewire360 shed more light, as they are reporting –
“A call came into Iredell County 911 reporting that a subject had been shot on the property of rapper Jonathan ‘DaBaby’ Kirk…”
According to their report, the shooting took place “near the football field on the property.”
Also, they further claim that the person who was injured was a trespasser onto the property and was receiving medical attention for a “non-life-threatening wound to the lower extremity.”
And that’s not all, the report also says that the 911 call was very intense, with the caller refusing to secure his weapon when instructed to do so. As he says he feared other intruders.
The 30-year-old rapper, who is no stranger to situations getting out of hand, is known to always have security at his property.
As reported by the Charlotte Ledger, since Kirk moved into the upscale property back in 2019, there are numerous calls to the police.
Complaints include noise levels, domestic arguments, and construction issues.
Additionally, fourteen calls alone were due to his security alarm going off.
In fact, more than 30 calls to police have been made regarding the 11,000-square-foot mansion.
So far, there is no word from Dababy or his reps at this time.
