This decision comes after the rapper was arrested for alleged prescription drug fraud. He was accused of running a fraudulent operation out of his home in Huntsville, as stated by Yahoo.
YB was on house arrest for a previous alleged conviction on gun charges. In that case, YB was put on house arrest while waiting for his trial. During his house arrest, YB asked the court for mental health assistance.
For some reason, he was having difficulty being confined to his home. The judge granted his request after YB’s attorney petitioned the court, as stated by XXL Mag.
But that did not stop YB from allegedly getting into trouble again.
What’s Next For NBA Youngboy?
As NBA YoungBoy awaits his next legal steps, fans are left wondering about the future of his career. With a bail set at $100,000, the rapper must decide how to proceed with his legal defense and potential release.
YB is facing many more legalities. At one point, he was to be sent back to Louisiana. However, so far, there are no reports of his release from jail.
This is a pivotal point in his case. Whether the rapper will spend more time behind bars is unknown. One thing is for sure, YB keeps dodging bullets.
In other words, having to pay a $100K bond is not bad. Nevertheless, only time will tell if NBA Youngboy beats all of the charges against him. By the way, YB’s family was present in court during his hearing.
