Lil Kim And Pepsi Hosted BIG’s 50th Bday. A lot of big hip-hop names came out. It was to celebrate Biggie’s bday.

Lil Kim And Pepsi Hosted BIG’s 50th Bday. This was a black-tie gala and concert. New York’s Guastavino hosted a spectacular event. If Christopher” Biggie” Wallace would have been proud.
And, fans got to watch the event via Kim’s Instagram, as reported by Billboard. It was music industry giant “Don Pooh” who hosted the party. All kinds of Biggie’s friends such as Lil Cease, Fat Joe, and DJ Enuff.
It has been over 25 years since Wallace was gunned down. Yet his family and friends continue to celebrate him. Even his son, CJ Wallace was in attendance. CJ Wallace admitted it was a bittersweet moment.
Especially since, losing his Dad, he still feels his presence every day. And rightfully so. Whenever you lose someone close you feel it forever. However, you learn to deal with the grief.
But their presence never leaves. Because you carry your loved one in your heart. Nevertheless, those who loved Wallace came out. Not only that, but some even performed during the celebration.
Kimberly”Lil Kim” Jones has hosted this event for the past two years. She admitted this celebration is both difficult and necessary. Here is what she shared,
“I have mixed emotions,” Kim said on the red carpet. “For me, it just never goes away. It never gets better. I’m just always missing Biggie, who I love with all my heart. It’s also a great day. It’s a celebration of his life. I’m super proud because God did something special when he put me and Biggie together.”
To celebrate Wallace’s 50th there was an ice sculpture. On the ice, the sculpture was written “B.I.G.” Guests were led into a beautiful candlelight ballroom. Obviously, Jones wanted the night to be memorable.
In other words, it was a night most will not forget. Sway Calloway of the Podcast “Sway in the Morning”, was the host. He shared some of his memories of Wallace.

Towards the end of the night, Jones brought up guests to perform. Of course, Wallace’s songs were heard throughout the entire event. I was thinking, it is hard to believe Wallace has turned 50.
He is one of my all-time favorite rappers. So, I would be remiss if I did not leave you with a few.
