Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might be over, but Ye made it clear he wants his new girlfriend to replace her.
TMZ reports Ye and his new love interest Julia Fox were spotted out together in Miami and New York, and Fox was clad in Balenciaga the entire time, Kim’s favorite brand. The actress was seen wearing a Balenciaga top while in South Beach and was spotted again on Tuesday night (January 5) dining at Carbone, Kim’s favorite restaurant.
Julia Fox and Kanye West: Kindred Spirits
According to Page Six, a source described the pair as “kindred spirits” on January 2. At the time, the celebrities had only been spotted together on one New Year’s Day dinner date.
“Julia and Ye are dating,” a source reported to Page Six. “They both just got out of their former relationships, and they’ve helped each other recover immensely.
“They’re kind of kindred spirits, and it’s cool to watch.”
Who is Julia Fox?
Julie Fox is an Italian-American actress and filmmaker born in 1989 or 1990. Her best-known performance was in the 2019 film Uncut Gems, for which she was nominated for the Breakthrough Actor Award at the 2019 Gotham Awards.
Fox was born in Milan, Italy, to an Italian mother and an American father. Her grandfather raised her in her early childhood. She moved to New York City with her father when she was six years old and lived in Yorkville, Manhattan. Over the years, she worked at a shoe store, an ice cream shop, and a pastry shop. She attended City-As-School High School and worked as a dominatrix for six months. If the rumors are true this makes her more compatible with Ye than some would imagine.
Fox and West Helped One Another to Heal From Past Marriages
In November 2018, Fox married Peter Artemiev, a private pilot based in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, and separated from him in November 2021. Together, they lived in Yorkville, Manhattan. Fox announced the birth of her son on February 14, 2021.
A picture of them was originally taken at Carbone in Miami on Saturday (January 1) despite Kanye reportedly telling sources that the date was “nothing serious” and that he was just trying to have a good time amid his ongoing divorce.
Kanye set to Replace Travis Scott for Coachella
According to reports, Ye bought a $4.5 million mansion across the street from Kim’s Calabasas home in December so he could be closer to their four children. Kanye is planning to demolish the existing mansion and build a brand new one from the ground up.
According to Variety, Ye is also set to headline Coachella 2022, if COVID-19 doesn’t sideline the festival again. This means Ye would be Travis Scott’s replacement. In December, Travis Scott was reportedly dropped from the 2022 lineup after the deadly Astroworld Festival. This resulted in the deaths of 10 people and the injury of over 300 others.
