Live Nation and Travis Scott Travis have agreed to settle the lawsuits related to the Astroworld tragedy. The settlement signifies a significant step towards closure for the victims and their families.

While the settlement details remain confidential, it is believed most lawsuits have been settled. According to AP News, one person remains among the ten who have not settled yet.

Jury selection in the case of Madison Dubiski, a 23-year-old Houston resident, was to begin. Dubiski’s attorney, Noah Wexler, kept an undisclosed amount confidential.

Because of a gag order, attorney Wexler was unable to discuss the case. Another report by The Source mentioned that it had been three years since the unfortunate accident.

Astroworld had been widely successful up until that fateful day. Media outlets covered the tragedy of the concertgoers being crushed at the Astroworld Live Nation Festival.

Afterward, there were 10 wrongful death lawsuits by the 10 alleged victims.
