The incident took place in a correctional facility at the California Correctional Institute. He is serving time for allegedly shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
When the case went to trial, Tory was convicted. Now, Tory has to spend 10 years behind bars. It has been more than a year since the trial ended.
It all happened at a party in Hollywood Hills where Megan claimed she was shot by Tory.
There were different accounts of the incident. However, Tory was jailed for allegedly shooting Megan.
Although Tory’s attorney rallied for probation, it was to no avail. In August 2023, a Los Angeles Superior Court denied his release.
Ultimately, Tory was sentenced and is currently serving time. News of the rapper being stabbed went viral. Some reports suggest Tory was stabbed 14 times.
However, details about the incident are sketchy. We know that Tory was hospitalized, and the injuries were serious but not life-threatening.
In another report by Yahoo, Tory was allegedly attacked by an inmate; additionally, Tory’s torso and back, left side, and face were reportedly attacked.
