Tory Lanez Trial Has Begun. The Canadian rapper is facing multiple felony charges. All because of an alleged shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.

Tory Lanez Trial Has Begun. On December 12th, in Los Angeles, the trial began. If Lanez is convicted, he may face up to 20 years. However, this case has become complicated, as reported by Complex.
In the opening argument district attorney, Alexander Bott addressed the jurors. He alleges that Tory Lanez shot Megan Thee Stallion. And, Megan’s former friend Kelsey Harris will be testifying.
In fact, there are some different versions of the incident. It is possible that Megan’s friend may be the shooter. But we will not know those details until her testimony. Bott did however say,
Prosecutor said in opening statement that Kelsey Harris will testify that she “saw her close friend get shot by the defendant.”

Therefore, this case should be cut and dry. Also, Bott revealed there were some text messages sent from Lanez.
These text messages from Lanez were alleged apologies to Megan. Of course, Lanez does not admit any guilt. Nevertheless, more details will be coming out.
Especially since there is a possibility, Megan and Lanez may take the stand. Either way, this trial is going to be very interesting. Stay Tuned!
