Rapper BG’s Legal Troubles Continue
Rapper BG Faces More Jail Time For Probation Violation.
It has been around seven months since BG has been released from prison. He spent 12 years behind bars for a firearm and wire taping conviction.
The rapper rose to fame in the late 1990s as a hip-hop group Hot Boys member, alongside fellow artists Lil Wayne and Juvenile.
However, his success was overshadowed by his legal troubles, including drug charges and weapon possession.
Despite his talent as a rapper, BG’s legal issues have continued to haunt him throughout his career.
In recent years, BG has attempted to turn his life around and stay out of trouble. However, his alleged probation violation has put him back in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.
When BG came home, he was on supervised release with some restrictions. One restriction was not to be around convicted felons, and the other was not to perform without permission.
BG has allegedly violated these restrictions. It is a possibility BG could return to jail for allegedly violating the terms of his probation.
He was arrested after performing in Las Vegas earlier in March. As Complex stated, a performance with Gucci and Boosie may have put his freedom in jeopardy.
Here is how BG responded after being released,
“It’s crazy how after paying my debt to society with 12 and a half years of my life, I come home and still ain’t free,” B.G. wrote in an Instagram post on Friday. “I been doing everything the right way, and it seems like that ain’t enough.”
He added, “I been going through it behind the scenes and got a muzzle on for the time being, but I’m confident I’ll come out on TOP. I always do.”
BG is upset about his current state. We don’t have any new updates on whether he is headed back to jail, but we will bring them as they arise.
