In a lawsuit by trial attorney Thomas Feher, Brandon is suing Nicki. In April 2024, Brandon says he was running errands for the rapper. There was some mix-up, so Brandon sent someone else to get her prescriptions.
When Nicki found out, she allegedly went into a rage. When others on Nicki’s team were being grilled about their responsibilities, things turned ugly for Brandon.

“Are you f***ing crazy having him pick up my prescription? You have lost your f***ing mind and if my husband were here, he would knock out your f***ing teeth. You’re a dead man walking. You just f***ed up your whole life and you will never be anyone, I’ll make sure of it.”
What Brandon claims happened next was very alarming. He claims Nicki screamed more and then slapped him. According to the lawsuit, Brandon claims he was struck with such force that his head turned.
Also, Brandon claims the force of Nicki’s blow almost knocked him off his feet. At that point, Nicki’s security team allegedly rushed toward him. Even more disturbing, Brandon claims, he was so afraid he locked himself in the restroom.
Nicki Is Denying Allegations Of Assault
At this time, Nicki could be facing some criminal charges. Reports are saying Detriot Police have sent a warrant for Nicki’s arrest. The Wayne Prosecutor’s Office is reviewing the case.
If they determine Nicki did assault Brandon, she could be charged with assault. However, Nicki’s representatives are not denying or confirming the alleged assault.
This kind of case can be tricky, especially since it is hard to prove assault. In this case, it does sound like there were witnesses. That is, if what Brandon is claiming happened.
