According to the Complex, a True Crime News report suggests PnB Rock’s girlfriend’s photo is not to blame. In other words, two people inside Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles could have called the shooters.
When the shooting first happened, people blamed a photo on social media that instigated the robbery of Stephanie Sibounheuang, Pnb Rock’s girlfriend at the time of his death.
PnB Rock and Stephanie were dining at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles in Los Angeles. While waiting for their food, someone inside the restaurant allegedly called them.
Ana Garcia, an analyst for the True Crime News, believes it was the phone call that caused PnB Rock’s death. Rakim Allen, aka PnB Rock, never had a chance to defend himself.
An alleged phone call was made to the suspects, which led to his being robbed.

The 17-year-old was the alleged shooter while his father drove the get-away car. PnB Rock was robbed of his jewelry, which was estimated to be worth millions.
