Kelsey allegedly shot the gun three times before Tory managed to slap it out of her hands.
Reports by Yahoo broke the news after Tory was stabbed over 14 times by a prison inmate.
Tory is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for the alleged shooting of Megan.
On that night back in 2020, Tory, Megan, and Kelsey were in the SUV.
Therefore, they all knew what had happened. But Tory took the fall for the incident.
However, Tory has maintained his innocence from the very beginning.
So, these new details could change Tory’s case. Tory is waiting for an appeal hearing.
It’s ironic that while Tory is lying in a hospital bed, news surfaces.
Startling Confession: Kelsey Harris Is Allegedly Megan’s Shooter
A press conference was held by Unite The People, Walter Robert’s the lead consultant.
According to Walter Roberts, UTP was approached by Bradley James.
James Bradley was the bodyguard and driver for Kelsey Harris.
Unite The People is a California-based nonprofit organization formed in 2014.
Families and defense attorneys of incarcerated loved ones benefit from UTP.
At the same time, UTP helps them to fight social injustice and deal with incarceration.
Having said this, we are waiting to see how this new information will affect Tory.
Meanwhile, Tory’s father, Daystar Peterson Sr.made a public statement about Tory’s hospitalization.
Thankfully, Tory has survived the near-fatal stabbing.
