Many fans and critics were disappointed and outraged by Meek Mill.
Perhaps, this was not a good look for Meek.
Especially since it is causing so much controversy.
It’s one thing to support a fellow rapper; however, at what cost to Megan?
Who was allegedly injured as a result of what Lanez did?

I can see what Meek was trying to relay.
In other words, the time Lanez is doing does not fit the crime.
Historically, blacks have gotten much more jail time for crimes.
As opposed to others who would get less jail time.
That is no doubt what Meek was referring to; he does have a point.
Although, his choice of words was not the best way to convey his message.
The rapper emphasized allowing the legal system to determine Lanez’s guilt or innocence.
Rather than basing judgments solely on public opinion.
Meek Mill’s response aimed to separate his support for Lanez from the seriousness of the accusations he faced.
