This statement sparked outrage and accusations of antisemitism from some individuals and organizations. Many of us are reminded how horrific the Holocaust was.

So far, Kanye’s backpedaling is problematic for some. And, we can understand why the Jewish community would be reluctant to accept Kanye’s alleged apology.

For a few years, Kanye has made comments about the Jewish community that were not received well. Then he has changed his stance.

According to Page Six, Kanye is not hating on Jewish people anymore. His newfound claim is “I love all people.”

All of his comments were aired on “X,” formerly known as Twitter. After Kanye had a conversation with his children, he sought forgiveness from Jews.

The last straw it seems was Kanye allegedly proclaiming himself a Nazi. TMZ has compiled a timeline of Kanye’s most controversial moments.

In a 2018 interview at TMZ, Kanye went on a tirade about slavery. He claimed that “slavery was a choice,” which went viral. Well, Kanye’s comments did not go over well on social media.

If that was not enough, in 2022, Kanye mentioned he would go “death con 3” on Jews. To top it off, Kanye allegedly praised Adolf Hitler in a series of posts online.

From that point on, Kanye would occasionally continue to make provocative and sometimes controversial statements. For some, seeing Kanye allegedly wear a T-shirt with a swastika was disturbing.

While some believe Kanye should not get all this attention. Others are sympathetic towards Kanye. Is it a case of mental illness that propels his troublesome comments?

Then again, could it be that Kanye wants publicity for his new music? One thing is for sure: Kanye continues to push the envelope. Perhaps, he is remorseful.
