Jazmine Sullivan Shows Canceled Due To COVID
Jazmine Sullivan shows are the latest affected by the coronavirus.
Yep, another artist has tested positive for COVID.
As a result, the Grammy award-winning singer has opted to ditch certain show dates from her upcoming tour.
However, not all shows are canceled.
The Heaux Tales Tour which promotes her album of the same name covers dates for February 14th through March 30th.
And special guest star attached to the show is Tiana Major9.
Maybe she will add those canceled shows on the back end…we’ll see.
But for right now, this is the situation.
Citing doctor’s orders, Sullivan made the following statement –
“My doctor confirmed today that I’m positive with Covid.”
“I am taking every precaustion to isolate myself.”
“I’m truly sad to have to cancel more shows but health and safety come first for myself, my team, and all of you.”
LA’s show tomorrow will, unfortunately, be cancelled and we are likely cancelling shows for the next week based on my condition and the condition of my crew.”
Adding to her statement, Jazmine informed fans that she would let them know when shows will resume.
Of course, fans are concerned about their tickets and rescheduling.
After more information is available, the “Hurt Me So Good” singer reiterated that ticket holders will be notified by mail regarding that.
Let’s hope she has a full recovery soon.
Ending her statement, Jazmine Sullivan thanked her fans –
“Thank you so much for your understanding and support and I’ll be seeing you very soon.”
Let’s hope Jazmine and her crew have a swift recovery.
