Kelly’s Legal Team Is Fighting For His Acquittal

Is R Kelly Going Free? Kelly may be getting a new trial. The motion was filed on Tuesday (Nov.150). Could this even be possible?

We were led to believe Kelly would be in prison for many years. However, this may be far from the truth. Especially, if Kelly’s attorney have a say.

Just when you thought Kelly had sealed his fate. This news comes out. At first, I thought this was fake news.

But a lot of the major news sources have picked up the story. Clearly, there is some movement in Kelly’s situation.

It appears that his attorney Jennifer Bonjean has filed a motion.

According to The Source, Bonjean has petitioned Judge Harry Leinenweber for acquittal. In fact, Bonjean wants Kelly acquitted on all counts.

Will Kelly be let go on a technicality? In other words, will the videotape from 2008 prove to be allegedly be faulty?

Or will the child pornography charges he was convicted of still stand? Of course, Bonjean is asking for a new trial.

In addition, Bonjean allegedly believes Dr. Darrel Turner may have allegedly coerced some of the victims. If this is true, there could be mistrial.

And, this could be problematic for the prosecuting team. At any rate, we will be watching. As always, we are on top of this case.
