The IRS has allegedly seized his automobiles, which are up for auction. Among the cars seized were a Lamborghini and a splatter-painted Bently.
According to XXL Mag court documents, his assets were taken in December 2023. In February 2021, Alexis Salaberrios won a judgment against the rapper.
Daniel Hernandez, aka Tekashi69, was ordered to pay Alexis, an exotic dancer, for her injuries. There was an incident where a champagne bottle struck her.
This alleged incident took place at Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami. It’s alleged it was Tekashi69 who threw the bottle at Alexis. She was awarded $9,825,000 for her injuries and suffering.
Therefore, Tekashi’s two luxury cars are now being auctioned, and the bidding price starts at $20,000.
Rapper’s Lavish Lifestyle Under Scrutiny
Tekashi69’s flashy lifestyle has always been controversial, with critics scrutinizing his every move. However, we have not heard much from the rapper lately.
There has been no new music or show appearances. At least, not hear in the United States. And, when we did hear about Tekashi it was because of alleged domestic abuse claims.
Needless to say, the IRS’s auctioning off his cars is embarrassing. But the alleged victim of the assault is probably happy this is all over.
The rapper’s financial situation is unclear, and it is possible that more seizures or legal actions could follow. It remains to be seen how the rapper will navigate this latest setback.
