On April 7th, 2025, during the five-day trial, Joanna took the stand. What she shared caused her to tear up. It appears she tried to stop the incident from occurring, but was unsuccessful.
Her words significantly impacted the jury, who must now weigh her testimony against Tay-K’s defense to reach a verdict.
Tay-K is on trial for the murder of Mark Anthony Saldivar. Mark was shot and killed on April 23, 2017.
