Fetty Wap Releases Music While In Prison. He is waiting his sentencing on drug charges. Yet he still raps.
Sweet Yamz By Fetty Wap Goes Viral
Fetty Wap Releases Music While In Prison. Willie “Fetty Wap” Maxwell is facing five-to-nine years in prison.
This happened after Maxwell plead guilty to federal drug charges.
According to BET, Charlie Wilson and Snoop Dog have recorded his hit on TiKTak. Perhaps, that is the reason why Sweet Yamz has gone viral.
Of course, Maxwell did not make a video. Instead he created an audio.
But because of these R&B singers (Tank, Mario, and Avery Wilson) clearly, he is trending. Not to mention, the challenge is catching like wild fire.
We expect Jamie Foxx to enter the challenge. Especially since, Tank issued the challenge to him as well.
Nevertheless, Snoop has endorsed Maxwell aka Fetty Wap’s song. In fact, he has called it a hit.
And, as I mentioned, Uncle Charlie was leading the vocals.
Having said this, even behind bars Maxwell is making hits. Be that as it may, he is still facing considerable time in prison. That is really unfortunate. At any rate, I think people really like this song. In addition, Maxwell sponsored a turkey giveaway in his hometown.
Here is what he shared with fans,
“I’m very grateful for my fans and for my community because I wouldn’t be where I am without them,” Fetty said in a statement for his “Sweet Yamz” Thanksgiving giveaway. “Giving back, especially in my hometown, is very important to me no matter what the circumstances are. Even though I can’t be there in person, shout-out to every single one of my fans, supporters, and everyone that’s still rocking with me!”
So, there you have it. New Jersey rapper is still giving back to his community.
