Two Nebraska men, identified as Marcus L. Johnson (28) and Charles A. Williams Jr. (27), were the alleged victims.
At the time, none of the artists who were scheduled to perform knew what was happening. Even Boosie did not know what had occurred.
Iowa Public Safety put out a statement directly after the shooting, as stated by Yahoo News. Several artists, such as Rob49, Rich Factor, and Boosie, were ready to perform.
But it was all short lived with the tragedy that was unfolding outside the venue. It appears that after Boosie could not perform, some of his supporters met him elsewhere.
