DJ Quik Son Arrested In Murder Suspicion. According to AllHipHop.com, Downey Police Department took David Blake Jr. into custody following a deadly fight.

As reported, his dad is the legendary DJ Quik.
Apparently, authorities received a call about a fight breaking out. Next, they received a follow-up stating there’d been gunshots before they could arrive at the scene.
Sadly, police found a 33-year-old man Julio Cardoza shot in the chest. Although an ambulance rushed him to the hospital, he succumbed to the gunshot wound.
Following an investigation, Downey Police arrested Blake Jr. in connection to the murder.
Currently, the bond for David, who works as Compton Councilman Isaac Galvans’ liaison stands at $2 million.
